Bunq.me card payments costs billed separately

Hi 👋,
I got money paid for the first time via bunq.me and I noticed that the fee for the Credit Card transaction used on bunq.me was not debited directly with a charge right after the payment.
It got charged as a separate line on my monthly subscription invoice.

I find it a bit confusing. Would not be better to see and pay it immediately?

Looks like a straight forward percentage calculation.

Any thoughts ?
