MED Hi! If you're living in France, your new IBANs will be French by default. Just go to: Home > More > Add sub-account > Account!
If you're not living in France, go to: Home > More > Add sub-account > Local IBAN.
Hi thanks for your quick reply. A little precision. I have Easy Bank subscription and it says that the option of getting a foreign IBAN is included. However, when I try to get it, they say that I have to upgrade to Easy Money. I live in France now. Thanks
MED With Easy Bank you can only get the IBAN of the country you‘re residing in. If you moved from another country and you haven‘t gotten any notification about that in the bunq app after changing your address, then I would contact support so that they can change your default country IBAN to France. After that, you should be able to create a new sub-account with FR IBAN. But keep in mind that Easy Bank includes only a single account so you would have to close the one you used before that.
