Martins This is a public community forum, you're not allowed to post any private information here. I could see that your employer has an account at the Dutch ING bank. You didn't specify what you're looking for, but if it is faster transfer times then I reckon you want to know why you're not receiving the money through instant transfer.
ING has a connection to the TIPS network, but not to RT1. And they also haven't fully enabled their TIPS connection. That's why they use regular SEPA transfers when sending money to bunq. That's the whole story. If you send money from bunq to ING, because bunq supports instant transfers for both in- and outgoing payments, then the transfer would go through TIPS and reach the ING account instantly. The other way around sadly isn't the case until ING improves their capabilities.
I'm not sure what kind of advice you're now looking for, but at some other banks you would get transfers from ING a bit faster. This would be ING themselves, because they can book the transfer internally, and they also have another small network of their own with a few other Dutch banks like ABN Amro, Rabobank, Knab etc.
If you use a bank account at these other banks, you would then however lose the full connectivity to RT1 and TIPS that you can enjoy at bunq, so in terms of instant transfers it could also make your experience worse. In the end, it depends on what banks you're sending and receiving money to/from. If the only thing you care about are the transfers from ING, then at least right now, the connection to bunq is not ideal because ING hasn't completed their TIPS roll-out.
My personal conjecture: we will see better connections from other banks after the T2-T2S consolidation that is supposed to happen in November. That is, if it happens... let's see 😜
