this is my first bad experience with the bunq support. I got the email about the temporary possibility to invite a friend so he gets premium with a limit of 250€ instead of 100€.
So I looked for updates, I had the newest version if you believe the Play Store and invited him. He accepted it, but he only got the free premium with a limit of 100€. So I contacted the support and they told me, that they can't change it. Why?
You sent the email about this already and told your customers that they can start inviting one person to give him this special premium with a limit of 250€, but it didn't work immediately? And now you can't help?
That's not a great start for a new customer, and not a great support experience for a long being premium customer.
EDIT: He was a new customer, he didn't even had bunq free or something. That's why he got this special premium with up to 100€, you can get this also only if you are new. It's about this new premium with a limit of 250€ which bunq offers for some days now.
