I got in contact with bunq support and I received clarifications.
Upon install on new device the 24 H kicked in and on top of that the re verification of my identity was triggered.
Once I submitted the document and my ID got re verified⦠within 1 hour, both the 24 h cool down period and App lock were released.
I can now access my accounts with no problems. The account was not anyway frozen π₯Ά, only access from the new phone. It still worked with full access from the iPad.
Security on top π which I really appreciate and fairly fast unlocking π
Over all this shorten the time to get back a fully working accessible account from 24H to just a bit more than 1 hour βοΈ
