📲 When this bug happens:
To make your life easy, we offer many top up methods. SOFORT is available for online top ups up to €250 (for Personal accounts) and €500 (for Business accounts) in Austria, Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Spain.
Because of this bug, some users see an error message when they try to use this top up method.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
Considering that the total amount of top-ups done in the less 24h will not be higher than €250 (for Personal accounts) and €500 (for Business accounts) you follow these steps:
Open the bunq app
Click on “Add Money”
Selects the amount and the recipient account
An error message appears saying: “You’ve reached the limit set by SOFORT. To further top up your account, you can use regular IBAN to IBAN or iDeal transfers”
It’s not possible to complete the top up
