For 99.9% of users, the hCaptcha will be completely invisible, as all checks happen in the background. I think the friction level is very minimal, and personally I never had to solve one of these manually. I also don't know what you mean with "to transfer money to my account". You wouldn't use your own bunq.me page for money transfers. Instead, this is done through the top-up feature in the app.
bunq.me pages are inherently public. They can be scraped by bots for that reason. While bunq can probably deal with DDOS attacks easily, as their infrastructure is scalable, the infrastructure of the payment partners like iDEAL, Sofort etc. might be more fragile. Therefore it makes sense to protect these public pages. If you don't need a public bunq.me page, you do not have to create one. But alright, we may just disagree here.
