Automatic Easy green subscription

I have been automatically charged with an easy green subscription fee. I was unaware that I even had that subscription as I haven’t even used my account and I didn’t verify my personal information. Is it possible to get a refund of the subscription fee?

the first 30 days you are on the free trial for Easy Green and will be charged after the trial period 17,99€. So that’s what probably happened. You can try to contact bunq Support in the app by following these steps to get a repayment:

Go to Profile
Tap on Settings ⚙️in the right corner on top
Scroll to the bottom, tap on Need help? Get Support, then choose Personal Support

As an alternative, you can also send an email to support@bunq.com from the email address you’re registered at bunq 🌈
