Latifa Where is it advertised as €7,99? This was the price a year ago, but it has been €8,99 since August 2021. Check bunq.com for the prices.

Is this information on any official bunq page? If yes, please link it here so it can be corrected. As indicated above by other users, this was an old price from a few years ago.

If it is on an official page, then it can be easily corrected by bunq. If it is on a page by some third-party, then unfortunately bunq has no means of updating their information.

Bei mir bin ich vom kostenlosen Konto, welches sich scheinbar nicht rentiert, in die 9 Euro version verschoben worden ohne Info. Einfach mit den neuen AGB. Also eher aufpassen, sieht alles sehr nach Scam aus. Service wird immer schlechter. 4 Jahre Kunde gewesen, hüte mich jetzt davor hier noch Geld hinzuüberweisen

Felix Das ist Unsinn, du redest nicht vom kostenlosen Konto, dass es derzeit gibt (Easy Savings), sondern sicherlich von der ehemaligen Travelcard bzw. Easy Travel, dass es seit Bu17 nicht mehr gibt aber noch bis zum Ablauf der Karten nutzbar war. Die gibt es jetzt seit einiger Zeit nicht mehr tatsächlich und das hat nichts mit „scam“ zu tun. Du kannst jederzeit deinen Plan ändern, auch auf den kostenlosen neuen Easy Savings. Und wo genau wird der Service schlechter? Der Funktionsumfang ist konkurrenzlos, die Preise relativ gleich zu den restlichen Neobanken.
