Hallo zusammen,
kann es sein das es wieder Probleme gibt?
Ich habe eine Zahlung als „Reisen“ markiert, aber es wird unter „allgemein“ kategorisiert?

Auch werden bei mir Buchungen in Kategorien angezeigt die es nicht gibt. Das heißt, wenn ich auf die Kategorie gehe steht da nur das es keine Transaktionen gibt, aber in der Übersicht sieht man einen Betrag.

Diego Bei mir ist alles in Ordnung, zumindest bisher. Ich halte es aber mal unter Beobachtung.
Manchmal dauert es auch bis die richtigen Kategorien erscheinen, insbesondere wenn man die Zuordnung ändert. Einfach etwas Geduld.

Bei mir fehlen jetzt leider auch wieder aktuelle Transaktionen - vielleicht müssen die wieder erst verarbeitet werden, aber es wirkt irgendwie so, als würde es nicht sicher funktionieren. Im Moment scheinen wieder recht viele Fehler in der App zu sein. Hat noch jemand erneut ein Problem mit den Insights?

Jens So jetzt ist wieder alles in Ordnung - es scheint wirklich insbesondere bei Lastschriften einige Zeit zu dauern bis sie erfasst sind. Auch gerade nach der Änderung der Kategorie - wäre schön wenn dies etwas schneller gehen könnte.

Unfortunately, my scheduled payments also will not be shown in Insights. Will there be a bug fix for that?

We're aware of this bug and will have it fixed for you ASAP. Scheduled payments were counting as incoming payments to insights instead of outgoing, which is why they sometimes didn't show (Insights categories don't show when total spend is <€0) We expect it to be resolved within 2 weeks, thanks for your patience 🙏

Saw some update and transactions started showing up, but again certain categories are still missing. Failing to understand how is this fixed partially.🤔

This is still broken AF. Transactions show up under the wrong categories, missing tons of transactions too. Might be due too closed sub-accounts, I had to close all my budgeting account since that is even more broken and kept messing up my finances.

Since I am actually paying for these features, can I request a refund? Bunq is clearly not delivering to be frank..

Does anyone know what the "All similar payments" option means when reassigning past transaction's category? Is it the same merchant, similar amount or day of the month?

I've been manually labeling transactions, each and every one for ages now and it still assigns these at random it seems. Qt this point, it's not even automatic, and I don't think I can keep telling the app that my 2k mortgage payment that's always happening on the same day, with the same counterparty and an exact same amount is not groceries...
