To be able to enjoy all the amazing features that we offer, we request that you verify your identity. Because of this bug, some verified accounts are being asked to provide additional information but when clicking on “Complete my verification” nothing happens.
🔎 How can I check if I’m getting this bug?
You verified the account some time ago and were previously using the app without any restrictions, and then you receive a notification saying: “You’re nearly there! Answer some questions to verify your account and get to exploring all the ways bunq Makes Life Easy.”
Clicking on the notification, you will follow these steps:
Open the app at the Home tab.
Click at the pending event.
A blue screen opens saying “Ready to discover bunq? Answer some questions to verify your account and get to exploring all the ways bunq Makes Life Easy.”
Click on “Complete my verification”
