📲 When this bug happens:
We offer a variety of plans so that you can always choose the one that suits you best! This bug affects people with a card that try to change their plan to Easy Savings.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
Go to the Profile tab
Select Plan
Press on ‘Switch plan’
Choose Easy Savings and follow the flow
You get prompted to freeze your card > tap on freeze
You see the error message: ‘Something went wrong at bunq's side. Sorry! Our staff has been notified and will resolve this issue.’
You cannot finish the flow
