Some users that used to share a sub-account with someone else using Shared Access might be affected by this bug.
🔎 How can I check if this is my case?
You used to share your sub-account, but you’ve cancelled that Shared Access. Now, you get an error following the steps below:
Go to the Home tab
Select ‘Close account’
You get the error message: ‘It is not possible to close this account because there is still an open Connect’
You cannot close the sub-account
