We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.

What's new 🙌
- Joint Savings Accounts are back! You can easily save money together.
What’s fixed 🔨
Reversed card payments wouldn’t show right in the app (amounts weren’t crossed out). That’s fixed.
Dutch users trying to open an account with a Spanish IBAN would get the error “Video onboarding is not available in your country”. All good now.
The card overview would sometimes not show the correct (or complete) name of the holder. Fixed that.
The number of notifications in the Activities tab’s badge did not match pending notifications. Fixed it.
Some users couldn’t downgrade from their Easy Green trial to Easy Savings, as their account would be closed by a bug. All good now.
When entering a payment amount, the cursor sometimes jumped one digit, resulting in incorrect amounts. We’ve fixed that.

Your IBANs were censored, thus not fully visible in the app. We’ve fixed that.
The app would crash when adding a large photo attachment in a support ticket. Fixed it.
Dutch users trying to open an account with a Spanish IBAN would get the error “Video onboarding is not available in your country”. All good now.
Sometimes, the error “Your current subscription doesn’t support trial” would show when trying to switch plans. It’s fixed now.
