We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.
iOS
What’s fixed 🔨
When selecting the “I need a signed document” option in the app’s support menu, it would lead to a Together topic list. Instead, it should’ve opened a new support ticket for you. It’s fixed now.
The counter screen (which tells new users how long it takes for their account to be verified) was going on for an indefinite amount of time for users that were denied once, and tried singing up again. We’ve fixed that.
Android
What’s fixed 🔨
Pack users could see a screen saying they can prepay their bunq plan for a Metal Card. This wasn’t correct and has been fixed.
You couldn’t change the category for future payments when changing it for one (payment). You can now.
The screen to schedule date and frequency was missing for AutoRequests. All good now.
Some debit cards were incorrectly listed as credit cards in the app. Fixed it.
