We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.

What's new 🙌
You can now see your open and closed support tickets, for a better overview.
You can now give Connect access to your Joint sub-accounts.
What’s fixed 🔨
Some Apple Pay top-ups would fail, yet the app would show you it was successful. This was fixed.
Redirecting from the bunq app to Wise would get some users stuck in a loop, and couldn’t access Wise to finish their transfers. We fixed this.
Some users who accepted their invites to the Green Team would still see on their Green tab that they need to accept the invite. All good now.
Users couldn’t see their frozen Business accounts if they didn’t have any Personal accounts, too. Fixed it.

What’s fixed 🔨
Some users were unable to see the payment details of a transaction without getting an error. That’s fixed.
Sometimes, there was an incorrect receiving date shown for a payment in the app. Fixed now.
Users would see tickets from support as “awaiting closure”, when pending for an answer from them. Fixed that.
