We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.
iOS
What’s fixed 🔨
- Users would see incorrect icons for sub-accounts, when events would tell them they have reached the minimum amount. Fixed it.
- Some users were missing the option to add money to a newly created Easy Investments account, in order to activate it. All good now.
- Metal Card orders would display an incorrect deduction amount for users with previously cancelled Metal Cards. We’ve fixed that.
- An error saying “Houston, we need to reopen an account” appeared when trying to process some iDeal payments. That’s fixed now.
Android
What’s fixed 🔨
- Some users were unable to top up a GBP Savings Sub-account from a GBP Local Currency account. We’ve fixed that.
- Some users couldn’t see that the Switch Service was already active, and were prompted to start again. Fixed it.
- Some frozen users were unable to open ticket links provided by the bunq bot. Works now.
- The merchant website link wasn’t tappable during a chargeback process. All good now.
Apple Watch
What's new 🙌
- Your Apple Watch will now automatically reload the page displaying a QR code for login, every time a new QR code is generated.
