Downgrade to free

I touched the premium and accidently activated Premium. I read the english written instructions but these are not applicable in the Dutch language Bunq app. So how can I downgrade in the Dutch app or otherwise on the webpages of Bunq, please?

Pieter tap your avatar in the top right corner and choose “Mijn lidmaatschap”, there you’ll find the option to downgrade, Although texts are different, the interface is exactly the same.

No opton to downgrade there, sorry.

Pieter It should be right below the Annual Overview option. "Jaaroverzicht" I think in Dutch. If you don't see the option can you then contact Private Matters? They can take a look with you. 😁

Guess it will be private matters then. Jaaroverzicht is yearly review to download

Pieter the Downgrade option should be right below the Annual overview button. Maybe you’re still in your trial / not on Premium after all? In that case the top of that screen should show the plan you’re currently on. Private Matters will definitely be able to clarify this for you. 👍

@Pieter The "Terug naar free" option must be there, when you have a premium account.

Click on your profile picture in the right uper corner, click on "Mijn lidmaatschap". Do you see "PREMIUM" on top?
On the bottom there must be a red text "Terug naar free".

How can I downgrade my plan? It is accendently upgraded to premium?

Hatem Profile tab > Settings (top right) > My plan. You can change your plan there at any time.

Keep in mind this thread is 3 years old. There‘s no free plan (with no fixed monthly costs) available at bunq anymore.
