If you experience any difficulties withdrawing your funds or if you want faster access to your savings - you can convert one of your (Joint) Savings Accounts into a regular sub-account! This can be done once per month. Keep in mind that converting a regular sub-account into a Savings Account isnât possible and that youâll have to create a new Savings Account.
Note: When you convert a Savings Account into a normal sub-account, you will stop receiving MassInterest for that Savings Account.
How to turn a Savings Account into a regular sub-account?
- Go to Home
- Select the Savings Account you want to convert
- Tap on Settings (âď¸)
- Select âConvert to Bank Accountâ
- Confirm
How to turn a Joint Savings Account into a regular sub-account?
- Go to Home
- Select the Joint Savings Account you want to convert
- Tap on Settings (âď¸)
- Select âConvert to Joint Accountâ
- Confirm
