We’ve rolled out a new update to our app that includes small new improvements and features that Make Life Easy.

What’s fixed 🔨
The support center in app directed to an incorrect URL for reporting fraud. We’ve fixed that.
When splitting payments between shared sub-accounts, the names of the sub-accounts weren’t listed - only the name of the owner. Fixed it.
You could enable AutoAccept for physical payments at merchants, which wouldn’t make sense (you make the payment yourself). Fixed it.
Some Easy Savings users were prompted to close their Savings Account when upgrading to Easy Bank. All good now.

What’s fixed 🔨
The screen in the 'Get Support' section under the Profile tab was un-scrollable if you had existing tickets. That’s fixed.
You could enable AutoAccept for physical payments at merchants, which wouldn’t make sense (you make the payment yourself). Fixed it.
The app would sometimes crash when listening to an mp3 in a support ticket. All good now.
Chargeback requests with commas as decimal separators would sometimes cause the app to crash. We’ve fixed that.
