Repost from duplicate topic:
Just let me say first that I couldnāt be happier with my switch to bunq. Seriously, any of the support people Iāve spoken to have been super helpful and friendly and the companyās general ethics seem aligned with my own.
But I do think there is a valid use for a more āpremiumā card shipping option
If someone has been waiting for 2 weeks to receive a card and it doesnāt arrive, Iām not sure how well received a comment of āwait a little longerā is going to be. I know it wasnāt exactly what I wanted to hear. This was also when I found out that there was no tracking available.
If the card subsequently doesnāt arrive after, say, 20 days; being told to use your free replacement to order a new one and wait againā¦ not super happy about that, but I shrugged it off.
I brought it up on the other thread, and got a few responses of āit works fine for meā or āit works fine for mostā which particularly annoyed me.
I absolutely understand that it canāt be a perfect system and that some cards can go missing in the mail. It obviously is enough of an issue that thereās an official topic on the process to follow when your card doesnāt arrive (weāve all been linked to it in all of the threads raised). My suspicion is that this is why there is a free replacement card too ;). And Iāve definitely seen at least a topic about this every few days, which is a lot in comparison to the number of topics that get raised on Together.
I think that adding the option to track the card delivery would give a lot of people peace of mind.
