
Looking to request a refund for a paid direct debit? Now you can easily do so within the app!
Keep in mind that:
- You must be the owner of the monetary account in order to request a refund.
- You will receive a push notification once the refund has been completed, it can take up to 3 working days.
- The refund is only available within 56 days of the direct debit is accepted.
- This is not available for business-to-business direct debits.
