With the new app, Tricount Premium has been deprecated. You now have access to plenty of cool features and the usual main ones to use the app without any additional or hidden costs.
Which features were deprecated?
The following Tricount Premium features will no longer be available:
- Export Tricount in CSV and PDF
- Personal mode
- Statistics (planned for a future update)
- Save a custom Splits (planned for a future update)

How can I get a refund on my Premium subscription?
If you’re using an Apple device user, please follow the steps mentioned here.
If you’re using an Android device, you can reach out to Support and include the email address of your PlayStore account.
Still haven’t updated Tricount and want to keep using Premium?
If you want to continue using Tricount Premium, make sure you disable the automatic updates of your phone. To do so, follow these steps:
iOS
- Go to Settings
- Tap App Store
- Turn on or turn off App Updates
Android
- Open the Play Store
- Tap your profile image at the top
- Select Settings
- Tap Network preferences
- Tap Auto-update apps
- Tap Don't auto-update apps
- Tap Done or OK to disable automatic app installations
