My tricounts disappeared after the update. What now?
In case you've noticed that your tricounts are missing after updating to the Tricount version 8.0, you can resolve this by logging into your account via the Profile tab. If this doesn't fix the issue, another solution could be to request the participants to share tricounts with you once again.
Error: Database has an unsupported version (7/8/9) and cannot be upgraded
It seems like you've stumbled upon a little bug in our app π
Our dedicated team has already resolved this issue in the latest version! However, if you still havenβt updated your app you might still experience it. There's a simple workaround you can try. To do so, delete and then re-install the app. Once you do so, log in from the Profile tab. This should make that pesky error message disappear π
