How to cancel current card and get another one?

Hallo,

I got a physical creditcard, but I want to swap it to a debit card. Is there a way to cancel/freeze the creditcard to still get the free 1 physical card benefit?

You can cancel your current card and order a new one. With Easy Bank, you can order 1 card for free. When you cancel your current card and order a new card, the fee for new card order applies and it's a one time fee of €9.99. You can find the Pricing Sheet here with all the details.

To block your current card, follow the steps below:

Go to 🏠 Home tab
Select a card
Tap on ⚙️ Settings
Tap on Block Card
Select 🟧 Block Permanently
Done 🎉

To order a new card follow the steps below:

Go to 🏠 Home Tab
Tap on 🟣 + Add
Tap on 🔵 Add Card
Choose your card of preference and follow the flow
