How long can your payment take to arrive?
- For SWIFT payments, the processing times can extend up to a week, due to the procedures of the other bank involved.
If your payment hasn't arrived
You can start an in-app Payment Investigation. To do so, see the steps below:
- Go to Profile
- Select π’ Support
- Click on I have a problem with a payment
- Select I have a missing payment
- Follow the rest of the flow
