It looks like I am not able to verify my identity.
A few days ago I verified my identity for my personal premium account and that was done in one attempt.
Now I have to verify my identity again for a business account. I already tried a dozen times this morning but without any success. It looks like my phone is unable to take a proper picture of my passport and when I submit the video after several attempts to take the picture and the rest you have to do when verifying your identity, the processing wheel keeps turning around and around.
The main difference between a few days ago and now is that I have a new iPhone. I switched from a 6s to a XR. Are you aware of any problems with this particular device?
