Load money on credit card from savings account

Hi community
I'm new with Bunq so please excuse if I ask a stupid question.

Situation:
I just loaded some cash money on my bunq account which ended up in my savings account. Fine.
But when I now want to use my credit card it tells me that I don't have sufficient money on it.
The balance should be positive considering cash on the savings account.

How can I transfer this money to the credit card if this is needed?

Hi Daniel 👋

Thanks for being a part of our community. You can transfer your funds to your Bank Account, and then link that Bank Account to any of your existing cards as you wish. With bunq you're free to switch the accounts attached to your cards whenever you want! You can follow these simple steps to do so:

Go to 🏠 Home
Tap on the desired card
Tap on Auto Select under “Pay From”
Select any new Bank Account and you are done ✅

Keep in mind that you can link only regular Bank Accounts to your card. This means that you won't be able to link and use your Savings Account or Easy Investments Account as your card's billing account.

Daniel As Jo 🇺🇸🇹🇷 mentions, you cannot pay from a savings account with a card. I believe that on the free plan, you have to open the card from the Home page. Then you should be able to add money to the card:

Go to Home
Tap on your card
Tap "Add Money"
Choose the top-up method you want to use
Follow the flow
Done!

Jo 🇺🇸🇹🇷 When someone is on the free plan, they only have a savings account, right? So there's no second sub-account to connect the card to. So I don't think your explanation is right in this case...
