I pay for a lot of stuff which I need people to pay me back for. I am literally losing thousands of euros a year because I can't get my brain to actually remember to ask people to pay me back. I switched to bunq in the hope that their fancy budgeting features would allow me to put these payments in a category "ask money back" and that I then would also be able to put the transfers of me getting the money back, in this same category, which it would then substract from this. However, this feature is entirely useless for this, simply because bunq only considers the spending.
I also tried easy budgeting for this, where you can create bank accounts for separate things, which, ideally, could go into the red after which a payment from another person would put it back to 0, which also obviously does not work because these are actual bank accounts that shouldn't go into the red, instead of a category I can put transactions in, which is what I actually do need.
Does anyone here know of a solution for this issue. I am literally losing thousands of euros right now because of it.
