Gunnar All Dutch banks do this. Usually you can withdrawal something like 1k at the banks own ATM's. But if you use ATM's of other banks you can only withdrawal 500 or 250 euro. It depends on the bank you use.
Bunq doesn't have their own ATM's and you can only withdrawal 500 euro at any ATM.
Note that if you withdrawal more than 10 times in a month with your bunq card you have to pay bunq for each subsequent withdrawal!
