Tom van Thiel Hi Tom,
This is not the only thing that the development team is working on. They are working day and night (quite literally tbh) to squash as many bugs as fast as possible, and at the same time also build new features. Apparently the bug was not completely fixed, stuff like this happens at every software company. When you report a bug a whole process is kicked off internally, where first the bug is reproduced (or not, in which case you'll be asked for more info for instance) and then it will end up with a developer in his todo-list to be fixed, after which it of course needs testing to verify the fix. Yes, it can be a very simple fix, but there are processes that take some time, and as said, the developers are not only fixing bugs. Of course things are prioritized, but as you can imagine a failing push notification for a single user might have a slightly lower priority than all card payments failing for all users (just an example to indicate that not everything can be prio no. #1 π). Rest assured that bunq is doing everything they possibly can do to fix it asap. ππ
