There are 2 different ways to get support: ℹ️
- Together, our public community platform with help from fellow bunq users
- Private Support, private help by the bunq support team
What's the difference and what method is the best? 💁♂️
This totally depends on the type of question you have;
Do you have a general question about using the app, cards, payments or anything else? Experienced bunqers that keep track of Together can easily help you out, anytime a day and in multiple languages. Together is also a nice way to share ideas, suggestions, bugs or just your awesome experience with bunq. 🌈
The most important thing to keep in mind is that if you need private help or someone needs to look into your account with you, Private Support is the perfect solution. If you need assistance, the support team is available every day from 8:00 to 23:00 (CET) 🕚.
Where can I find Together? 🔎
Go to the Help tab in your app, there you can search for existing topics or create a new one if you have a new question, idea or something else you'd like to share.
Knowledge topics are easily recognized by the green verified icon within the app and are educational or informative topics created by bunq.
How can I reach the bunq support team? ⌨️
Go to the 'Help' tab > 'Chat with Support'.
