When I report a problem or something Bunq needs to investigate i use my time to do it in a good and detailed way. Like I did yesterday. It took me 10 minutes or more.
Usually if I get no answer or I need to give bunq another information about the issue I contact the bunq department again. Of course , another different Bunq person writes to me.
First of all it seems they have no incident numbers so I can not refer to my previous incident with an identification number so we all now what are we talking about.
Also it seems they don’t write about the issue in another place in a good way so they need to again read my text and their answers of previous days , that takes time and also makes them go to each step of the issue AGAIN . I understand the good way would be to just read a final conclusion of the issue, what was the problem, what is needed to do or check, etc.. not repeat the same job the previous bunq person did.
And final, the worst thing! When they tell me “ could you explain the issue to me AGAIN ?” ???!!!
I have things to do in my life , I use my time to report a problem or incident, and that’s fine , but what I am NOT going to do is repeating AGAIN and using AGAIN another 15 minutes of my time to explain AGAIN the same explanation of same issue to another bunq worker. This is AWFULL SERVICE.
