Show a clear error when you hit the €500 cash withdrawal limit

Today a cash withdrawal got declined because I hit the €500 cash per card per day limit. I didn't know about this limit so I checked the summary. In the summary it said that the card limit was reached and showed a button to increase the limit. Increasing the card limit did not solve the issue because I was hitting the fixed €500 cash limit.

Please show a clear message of which limit you are hitting and don't offer to increase the card limit when you hit the cash limit because this is not a solution.

Dennis Lansink I had exactly the same yesterday! I thought it had to do with me being abroad. It should respect the same limit or have two separate settings. I prefer the same limit :-)

Simon M Hi 👋🏼 Simon, the original topic was a question.. but the underlying message was to be able to withdraw more then €500. So, I also add the tag IDEA 💡 ;)

I guess it was overlooked and I admit my tone was a little bit pissed. Sorry for that.

I almost never withdraw cash, but I agree that the message could be more clear. So have my high five 🙌
