I just notified the European Payments Council in Brussels about it by submitting this claim.
Dear Sir or Madam,
Hereby I would like to inform you, that there is supposedly a validation of your SEPA Inst. rules
and standards among plenty of German Sparkasse banks after blocking the Dutch Bank BUNQ on the SEPA Inst.
base. Since last Friday none of an outgoing SEPA Inst. transfer from the Dutch bank named BUNQ to Sparkasse Banks in
Germany has been credited instantly anymore. There are many
complaints on the internet and the Dutch Bank BUNQ has reached out to Sparkasse
Banks for an answer and clarification, but the German side is not showing any interest and support
in order to solve this issue. Many people have tested it trying to send out a SEPA Inst. to Sparkasse, but it just fails
and reaches as a normal SEPA transfer to the accounts at Sparkasse or DKB (Deutsche Kreditbank Berlin) that
belongs technically to Sparkasse group, too.
Please have a look at this thread: https://together.bunq.com/d/7692-instant-payment-to-dkb-and-others-not-working/57
It seems like the whole IT system run and controlled by for example the group HELADEFF
is somehow blocking BUNQ from sending SEPA Inst., and many people suppose that the Sparkassen banks
strike again the same way like the use to do in the past against their competitors mobile banks by
blocking the Mastercards at their ATM’s and restraining
the cardholders from the N26 Bank from withdrawing money at Sparkassen ATM’s.
Therefore, it is highly doubtful that suddenly all Sparkassen banks and their subsidiaries
stopped receiving SEPA Inst. by a coincidence or a fluke. SEPA Inst. transfers from other banks to Sparkasse
and DKB still do work perfectly, it is really all about the Dutch bank BUNQ only.
I count on your support and fast solution of this issue along with your investigation as the European Payments Council AISBL.
Thank you in anticipation.
Yours truly,
