Ganghyun No offence, but after saying that it’s “ugly”, and following it up with “the designers know what I’m talking about” comes across both as pretty arrogant and also a bit insulting to the people who work as designers at bunq.
Also, there’s a world of difference between something being “not in it’s ideal form” (again, this doesn’t say anything descriptive about what you might consider to be ideal) and something that’s “ugly” and should be torn down as redone from scratch as you implied in your first message.
With your comment “It represents the business in very poor fashion and some people would always love the way it is no matter it is beautiful or not.”, you are making it clear that you think your opinion of what is beautiful is the only one that counts here. Beauty is subjective, and there plenty of people (myself included) who find bunq’s visual identity rather pleasing and probably refreshing.
I also dispute your comment that it’s not possible to use words to discuss aesthetics, this is just showing lack of effort on your part. Images and illustrations certainly help when discussing the specific of a design, but without words you will not come very far. If you genuinely do not like the visual identity of bunq, and think you could improve upon it, then have at it! Point out things about it you don’t like, or things that you’d do differently (with examples or alternatives if need be. You said you are a designer, right?). Likewise if you do actually have comments about how the app works and how it could be improved (design is also about how it works, right?), then by all means, share your thoughts, please!
Otherwise why are you here? Just making comments that sum up to “its ugly, you guys should know better (like me), but I’m not going bother to provide any specific feedback” doesn’t contribute much to the thread I’m afraid.
