Hi,
I’d love to see more control over FaceID for enhanced security. Right now, its all or nothing.
What I’d like is the option to enable/disable certain features. For example, I like to login with FaceID. But, for making (iDeal) payments and/or changing limits: I don’t want to use FaceID and want to force the use of my 6-digit bunq security code so it cannot be confirmed with FaceID or iPhone passcode. To accept a direct debit with FaceID would be nice to control as well, independent of making manual/iDeal payments. Direct debits require mandate and can be reversed for x days, so simply confirming that with FaceID is fine with me. (And faster.)
I think these should be the options to enable/disable FaceID for:
- Accepting iDeal
- Making manual payments
- Accepting direct debit
- Change account/card limit
- Account control, such as closing an account
Or at the very least:
- Making payments (dd, ideal, manual)
- Change limits
FaceID is very nice, but that it’s all or nothing now imho makes it a bit more insecure. More options would be appreciated. And changing those options should also require Bunq code.
