Gibt es das neue Feature des Bargeldeinzahlen auch für den Promo-Status? Kann es nämlich nicht finden.

Sander Danke für die Antwort. Dachte ich eigentlich auch, da Promo ja alles beinhaltet. Habe Update gemacht, die Option wird aber nicht angezeigt.

Is it possible that this is only with German customers (or italian or austria)? I don't have the button eventhough I live near the border with Germany and did update the application, because all the other features are there (the bank icons).

Christian can you check in the Profile tab whether you have version 11 of the app? (11.x.x) You can drag down the screen to reveal the version number.

Auch nach Ausloggen und wieder Einloggen nichts zu finden. Scheint für Promo nicht verfügbar zu sein 😢.

Sander Yes, it is 11.0.0 (707). Logged out and in already. Also I just noticed that bunq-Web is not working for Promo, a popup says „only available for Premium“. In the beginning bunq said that Promo includes all existing and future features. Thanks for your answers by the way.

It works. I have just used the cash deposit feature from bunq/barzahlen.
It takes around three minutes until the money is on your account.

Bei mir hat es auch funktioniert( bei DM), der Barcode war aber nicht scanbar (iPhone) und musste abgetippt werden. Bei Fidor konnte der Code bisher immer gescannt werden.

Daniel 🌻 Hast du selber versucht den Barcode an dem Scanner auf Kundendisplay einzuscannen oder hat der/die Kassierer/in dein Handy genommen und es an der Kasse versucht?

Sen Lukas Die Kassiererin wollte das Smartphone haben und hat es an ihrem Scanner mehrfach versucht.
