With the bunq Update 10 I got a "Freeze" and "Replace" button, but how can I remove a card completely?

We saw that nearly everyone who blocked their cards actually wanted to replace them, which is why we went with the new design.
If you really do need to just delete a card, support can always help out 💪

Tom Thanks to the online cards I don't need one of my physical cards anymore :) thanks for the info with support! Btw: my online card has the name of my first online card, this doesn't change anymore, although I changed the name of the card
Tom .. so when I scroll to my online cards I see a description under it that isn't actually used anymore.. how can I change this "big description" for the text under the big card?

Bram Send them the link to this post, showing a bunq employee saying that it's possible. The support already deleted some cards for me.
Bram I also tried having a cancelled card deleted one or two weeks ago and have received the same reply as you

Cool - it works because of a post? Support seems to need a training then.
Hiding cards that are cancelled as well as hiding the Online Cards group from the card list (far right of the cards screen) is something you only get on Android. I don't know if that's a bug or a feature.. :)
