Hey there!

With the original design suggestions topic becoming very long and very full, we've decided to close it down. But of course, we wouldn't want to miss out on great user ideas.

So! Here it is! the 2nd topic where you can share all design suggestions in the knowledge that our design team checks it 👍

Keep in mind: Please only place one suggestion per comment. That way other bunqers can vote for your awesome wish 😎

It would be great if the "Cards" menu on android looks the same as the current iOS version.

I total agree with that +100

Thanks!

So basically what we implemented today? 😏

Download today's app update and enjoy 🙌

I would like to suggest to move active/inactive cards in the cards screen by holding the card down and put it in your own order you like.

  • Kleiner lettertype in Rekeningen scherm
  • Totaalsaldo in iOS widget

Swiping gestures on accounts in the 'Accounts' screen as pay and request shortcuts.

English version: fix the bug in iOS app that the wrong icon is displayed in de events tab when transferring money from one Bunq account to another Bunq account. Currently the icon of the account from which the money is transferred is displayed; it should be the other way around.

Hey Job,

We're happy to announce the issue has been fixed! It now shows up exactly how you expect it to 🙌

Hi Job,

Glad we could help and I'll be sure to pass along your thanks to Koen as well!

I hope you enjoy this sunny Sunday too 😄☀

photo
40

Or at least make the titles consistent with the rest of the OS (e.g. Settings or Music)

photo
28

I dislike using words in caps all together ... :)

photo
32

Inderdaad valt me nu pas op.

photo
38

Helemaal mee eens.

photo

On the Event page, place Ingepland and Geaccepteerd buttons below the Search bar, nicely outlined.

Thanks for all the feedback. Just a small note from my side: Luca is our *italian* designer. You would greatly help him/make his life easier by using english if at all possible :).

Muchas gracias!

Buongiorno Luca (and team),

First of all, thank you for all the cool design work you have cooked up. I have a suggestion.

/j9GHP6dMXuIhwAAAABJRU5ErkJgggA=

I thing you should combine Request en Split. In Android both buttons will take you to the exact same screen and functions. Also I see Split just as Request with the only difference that you request something from multiple persons. When merging these buttons to one, there could be more room for additional buttons. See my other post for instance: https://together.bunq.com/topic/swip-to-the-right-search-and-hide

photo
11

It would be handy if the split button will take you to a slightly different screen where you will be asked with how many people you would like to split. After filling this out, the app can make a request where the amount is the total amount of the transaction divided by the number of people that you just filled out.

photo

The biggest challenge for bunq is to keep the app 'clean', while providing users with the right amount of freedom and customization. My suggestion would be to have an 'appearance' option in the settings menu where you can make some slight adjustments to the look of the app. This should keep the app 'clean', and keeps the design options concentrated. A few of the options I would like to see in that menu would be:

- Being able to hide the 'pay' and 'request' button from the 'accounts' tab, as you can click on any of your accounts and pay / request from there.

- Having a 'night mode' where the background is dark and the text is light. I use the app quite a lot in the evenings, and would really appreciate this.

photo
38

Making some of the interface elements optional would indeed be a great improvement in my opinion. I have multiple buttons or things I would like to hide in the app. For example the "Request" button, or the TopUp feature.

photo
photo
32

Rene has a valid point. I think you can achieve a lot by hiding features but still make them easy accessible. Example:

I love to new Total feature. But it looks somewhat out of place because of the position and the (too) small font. I would suggest in this case: Make the font bigger but hide this field by default. Make this field shown by simply pull down the account screen an little bit. This way the App stays clean, yet can reveal some awesome power with just a small gesture.

photo
32

The way you describe it is actually how it works in iOS ;)

photo
27

It is?? Well I guess bunq borrowed my idea then ;)

photo
31

By the way, I'm a bit disappointed that there are this many design differences between iOS and Android now.

photo
27

I was disappointed when I was on my Pixel, but since I got this iPhone I’m suddenly not so upset anymore :D

photo
27

You back stabber! :))

photo
photo
42

When I use the Pay option to transfer money to one of my own accounts I will get this screen:

/m5MhocAnVL4AAAAASUVORK5CYIIA

As you can see in the To field I selected an account of my own, but you can't see which monetary account. It would be nice (as a visual check) if also the icon and name of the IBAN I selected appeared near my profile picture. I can make a moke-up of course :)

photo
30

I use iOS and Android together but the apps are also on this site different. On android you see your member name and on iOS you see your selected account name.

photo
30

I've wanted this done for ages. This little detail is an open sore in what is otherwise a great app UI. I should never see my own name when performing operations on my accounts; I should see the account name.

photo
photo
34

The default event icons are pretty boring. Sure bunq could spice this up a bit! :) #withlotsofcolours :)

photo
24

Or in stead of a colorful icon, just the same icon but with a bunq account color. Different colors for different events without logo.

The color could be ‘calculated’ based upon the name of the event/terminal so it would always have the same color in the events. So different events have different colors, but events from the same origin are always colored the same.

photo
30

Like that! 👍

photo
photo
56

A optional dark theme would be nice

https://together.bunq.com/topic/dark-night-mode

photo
37

With time based (sunset?) activation

photo
28

That sounds like it'd be pretty cool 😎

photo
33

Yes! With the last update of their iOS app, Telegram implemented this. I wish every app had this feature.

photo
30

I would like to be able to enable it manually though :)

photo
photo
30

I just found out that you can copy the Total Amount to you clipboard 📋 by briefly holding down your vinger. But I noticed did doesn't work on individual accounts! So, would be nice if that would work to keep is all consistent. While typing this post I learned that this already is the case for iOS users, but not (yet) for Android.

photo
30

I will like to have a cards screen where I can select one or other card without needing to swipe through cards. It will make much faster looking through yours cards and checking the account associated with each of them. For example: having you first four cards visible in the first screen as you go into cards with the associated account under each card.

photo
31

If you click on "request", you see "from [account]" I think that should be "to [account]".

photo
30

I think “to” and “from” on this page (iOS) should switch.

Change request “to” > “from” - where you have to indicatie the recipient

Change “from” > “to” - where you select the account where the payment goes to

photo
26

YES! I got confused by this the first time

photo
photo
29

Switching between accounts is too much work 😉

Why no easy switch when you click your profile button? Slide between accounts or some other fancy way.

photo
22

If you touch and hold, you can quickly switch between accounts.

photo
photo
36

(iOS) It would be awesome if you would adjust the views respective headers to be consistent with system apps like “Music”. Especially getting rid of the weird small caps type. Keep up the good work 💪

photo
29

Quick suggestion for Tap & Pay: when launching the app with the app action or widget, it would be useful to add one small bit of UI: which account it is currently connected to (with current balance). Click would allow you to change.

photo
43

Id like the possibility of adding your own brand logo from merchants when they are not shown automatically.

photo
45

I’d like the possibility to add some text to transactions for tagging.

photo
30

Switch to another card for a certain amount of time.

photo
31

To me, it feels like the UI could be more cohesive. With the last update, the cards are now arrangeable with a button, hidden away on the last card option. The accounts are arrangeable by the tap-and-hold action. It would make sense to use the same method. It adds to the predictability of the app. Moving an item, tap-and-hold. Same goes for swiping. It only works in the 'Events' screen. If something only works in one place, it doesn't register well with a user. Also, swiping and then having to tap the option, doesn't add to the flow of the app. It's still two taps which I get, because its behavior is inconsistent. The functionality varies between 'split', 'forward', etc. It would be more predictable if it always was the same action (so something other than 'split', 'forward', etc).

Another inconsistency is the new amount picker. What does it try to accomplish? An easier way to pick an often used amount for top up? To pick an amount I have to concentrate more than when I am entering an amount manually in a payment. Wheels work best when they contain few options. The new custom amount button adds even more friction. I have to delete the amount that I didn't want to pick in the first place. What is the reasoning behind this? Pick something close to what you want and then alter that amount by deleting characters and entering the correct ones? I think the wheel should be for often used amounts, no more than five options. I'm not a fan of hiding the custom amount entry behind a button, but at least after tapping it, the amount should be empty so the user can immediately enter the amount. Also amount picking behavior should be consistent in the entire app (pay/request/top up). Only then will it set in the users' muscle memory.

Please, before adding more functionality, finish the current features and design changes.

photo
29

Icons for the accounts, besides just colors 🤗

photo
28

Or just an emoji! Replacing the safe icon in the center. Or is that what you meant with icons?

photo
photo
29

In this very "together" section, make it visible which ideas/suggestions have already been implemented.

photo
33

In the "events" section, show transfers between own accounts as a single event, instead of 2, a "payment sent" and a "payment received"

photo
27

In the "events" section, display the name of the account a transaction is related to. Now it shows the merchant/sender only. So maybe a clever visual design with sender, arrow, amount, receiving account. This solves the previous comment too.

photo
25

In the account view, make the account icon on the top smaller. At the moment it is really huge, and what I really want to see, my recent transactions are hidden under the fold and I have to swipe up to see them. Maybe a smaller icon next to a bigger "amount available". Move "top up" next to "pay" and "request", it is a very similar function and makes sense to be grouped there. This gives more space to the transactions as well. Maybe hide "search" and show it on swipe down. In general, this grouping of functions and hiding what is not used often in order to give space to what we really check all the time makes sense, imho.

photo
25

In the "cards" section, if a secondary account is enabled with the double pin, display the secondary account and it's available amount the same way the primary account is displayed.

photo
27

Add the same functionality as with card numbers (tap > copy, send by message in different apps) to IBAN numbers. I often have to share my IBAN number through message. I've never had to share a card number by message so far.

photo
29

Hi Daniel! 😄

I'm happy to inform you that in our latest update released today we've implemented your suggestion 🎉

Now you're able to copy IBANs and shared them as you were doing it before with your bunq card's number! 🙌

photo
photo
31

In "cards" view, make the cards smaller so that all the functions for each card are visible and tapable without having to scroll down. I often need to access functions and the icons of the cards don't need to be that huge. Of course this might make the font to small to read on the reverse side, but think about it; while the reversing card animation feels good and looks cool, neither the CVC or card number are actually displayed here, the card holder name we already know and the expiration date is displayed underneath, with the options as well!

photo
31

Suggestion 1: this suggestion is a 'small' design change, to create more room for new functionality.

Wish: I would love a tab in which the transactions are categorized. This categorization can be done in a pie shape, where the pie is broken down in different categories (either pre-defined by bunq, or filled in by the user (e.g. using hashtags)). There are multiple topics in Together regarding this and I hope bunq will follow up on them.

Design suggestion: To avoid an overload of options in the bottom menu, I would suggest to move the 'QR' button to the 'Accounts' tab, as this is related to making / receiving payments. This would create room for a new option, where the pie chart could be shown. I have a made a quick mock-up to indicate what I mean, obviously the designers could implement this in a much neater way ;)

ccb8f20b06d42d1c5553b8b40d70b4a1

An other option would be the merging of the 'Accounts' and 'Payments' tab.

photo
28

Really cool, René!

Thanks fo the awesome idea and even cooler mockup 🙌

photo
photo
28

Suggestion 2: a revamp of the 'all cards' options (e.g. replacing and rearranging)

I was browsing around in the app and by chance I stumbled upon the 'all cards' menu in the 'Cards' tab.

The issue: I honestly never knew there was a menu in which I could see all my cards and order replacements... It's probably my own fault for missing it, but I have ordered a new card twice because I was unaware there was an 'all cards' menu in the app in which I can click on deactivated cards and order a replacement for free. Further, the newly implemented option to rearrange cards (nice job on implementing this :) !) is placed in this same menu, making it hard to find and for iOS users this is quite an 'unnatural' location.

Design suggestions:

- At the end of the cards menu (so when you reach the end of your cards) simply show a button to order a new card. Get rid of the options to rearrange and order a replacement.

- Make a small 'edit' button at the right top of the 'Cards' tab. Clicking that edit button allows you to drag and move cards around and it allows you to hide and unhide card (alternatively it should open a small menu that is like the current menu, just less awkwardly placed).

- Whenever a card is disabled, it should still be shown in the 'Cards'. The menu items under the card should allow users to order a free replacement. If users do not want a replacement, they can simply hide the card by pressing the 'edit' button mentioned in the first point.

photo
24

What 'all cards' option? Is this yet another iOS v Android gui thing?

photo
24

Uh, I'm not sure how it looks on Android anymore. In iOS on the screen where you can order an extra card it shows all the cards you own / have disabled. From there you can rearrange and order replacements.

photo
photo
30

Somehow, somewhere, show an overview of the recurring online payments. It could be in "scheduled" or "accepted" or in a different tab called "online payments" 😊

photo
26

I love the way "split" works in Bunq, it's so intuitive! But only up until the point that the person you've requested to split with receives the request.

Your split buddy clicks the link and there are 2 options: Bunq, Ideal, and a third, a bit hidden: "or use Sofort". A non-Bunq user has no idea what any of these are.

Why not add an short explanatory text for each?

Bunq - If you have an Bunq account

iDeal - If you have an account in the Netherlands

Sofort - If you have an account in Belgium, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Austria, Spain.

Also, the Sofort page shows up in German as default. And I know this is a Sofort issue, but maybe there's a way to hard link to the English version?

And then the big elephant in the room: that is a pretty small group of people that you're able to split a bill with. Why not add a 4th option, to pay by card? Or by SEPA transfer? Or both? And the SEPA could just give the user the amount and the IBAN.

photo
15

Also, please add Trustly as a payment option!

photo
photo
25

a possibility to hide a specific account or to turn off the notifications for a specific account

photo
24

photo
22

Automatically top-up from a selected bunq account would be nice tho! Now there is only the option to top-up from other banks..

photo
26

Why not simply use “request” or “pay” for this? I think top-up is useful for other banks that don’t have instant payments, so you don’t have to wait for your balance to update. If the other account is a bunq account the it will always be instant, so you can just use “pay” from that account.

Maybe it would be easier if “request” from your own account could be accepted easier. Then it would be as smooth as a top-up.

Top-up uses iDeal for the instant payment. I wouldn’t like to go through the iDeal flow to get my money from a bunq account to another...

photo
21

Yeah that’s how i’m doing it now. But what i meant is if my amount at account A is lower than €5,- transfer automatically €50 from account B. That functions is only possible with another dutch bank account

photo
photo
32

bunq saving account. At the moment i’m using bunq to control my budget. I have several accounts and to use automatically transfers from 1 account my money is going to the right account. In my opinion it would help if bunq introduces a kind of saving account.

There are some differences between normal accounts and saving accounts. It’s for example impossible to do a card transaction or ideal transaction with a saving account. Also is it impossible to do direct debits from a saving account. And yes i can make sure that this won’t happen if i use an account as a saving.

And don’t get me wrong but for me it’s not about any interest. It just helps to get and keep more control about my budget and it makes it more complicated to use my savings.

I thinks this can be realized on 2 ways;

*An saving account setting / introducing saving accounts that deactivates ideal transfers, that makes it impossible to connect a card and to do direct debits.

*extra setting per account to block or ideal/sofort, pin transactions and direct debits. In this case it means it still an official payment account but with the functions if a saving.

I’m a really happy bunq user and because of you guys i have finally the feeling that i control my money. And we are really lucky with all this amazing futures that you guys gave us🙏

photo
34

Autosum Search. If I want to calculate my monthly grocery expenses it would be very handy when (via pull down?) the total amount is being displayed. Also the search filter date function could use some shortcuts for showing the last x month(s) etc.

photo
27

Good idea!

photo
16

Just installed the bunq desktop application and found out that my proposed functionality is already possible there by simply creating a category rule and apply it in the filter. Saves me a lot of time :) Still it would be nice if it's also available from within the official mobile app(s).1b157c4c94df84d49748258def9cf465

photo
photo
33

In the [accounts] section, I can see the name(s) of my card(s) under the primary connected IBAN.

If you connect a secondary IBAN to a card, you'll have to go into the cards section to check which one is the connected secondary account.

Why not immediately show it in the [accounts] section? That would be more convenient. (this might just be a bug, but I thought I'd mention it here anyway)

photo
26

Wish: Assign card to different IBAN once-only. It will automatically be assigned to the previous IBAN after one payment.

photo
23

Wish: Make (temporary) assigning your pin card to a different IBAN easier.

Right now, it requires 5 touch events (excluding opening the app). This can be awkward when you forgot to do this until the last minute at a cash register.

One easier place would be to have the option to assign your card when you long-press an account. Then you need 3 touch events, and this has no impact on the design of the app.

Faster option would be to have a card assignment shortcut to the 3 (?) most used accounts on the main page. Then you need 1 touch event.

Wish: Possibility to swap between accounts on the Android NFC payment screen:

2c56198e7275e0e6fdfa7cded7a5f04d

Original idea:

https://together.bunq.com/topic/apple-pay-secondary-backup-account

photo
18

I love this idea 💡.. but this unavoidably creates more steps which kills the speed advantage of NFC a bit. It would be better if is shows - let's say - 5 icons on the bottom representing 5 bank account you set. So, this way you don't have to swipe but you can directly select the account you need.

photo
photo
16

Hi guys,

I find transferring between my own accounts really counter intuitive. Finding the “to” account is hidden: click on contacts and then look down to find “my accounts”.

You have a great product, am sure you can simplify this to make the experience better.

Cheers from Germany,

Eirini

photo
23

San Fransisco as the main font in the whole app would be really nice, all the different fonts look a bit too messy right now.

photo
20

I agree. Also, I don't like the look of the small caps in the header titles.

photo
18

Yes, only the first letter should be capitalized in my opinion.

photo
24

Yes please! Keep it clean.

photo
photo
16

Please combine the scheduled and accepted payments into one tab and make a difference between the payments there with for example different colors. The layout is quite unlogical right now, because you have to scroll to see the accepted payments.

photo
25

I like the fact that we can favorite certain people/IBANs, because I don’t have to ask people for their bank account everytime. The problem is that I cannot edit these favorites when I made a typo or someone’s IBAN changes. Please make this possible:)

photo
20

photo
27

Custom Tags for payments. Or just an extra blank field.

photo
23

This would be really really useful!! A lot of transactions don’t come with useful descriptions to search on. Currently when I buy something online I pay from a budget account and then fund the amount from my savings using my own description like ‘buy deskchair at Shopname for at home’ so I can find it later with any of those keywords. But this results in many double transaction.

Saving extra searchable text with the transaction would be extremely helpful and keep the events list clean. 👍

Maybe it’s time to create some new badges for the people that received all of them or most of them? I secretly love this feature 🙈

For example:

first mastercard payment* first contacless payment * 25 liked post on together * 10 opened accounts * spend €100 with maesteo etc

photo
18

I like the badges too! But... I already did all you mentioned :).... So, bunq have to bring it up a notch to make it a challenge for the hardcore/addictive user :)

photo
21

Yeah i do agree! I would love if they challenge me with using the badges😏

photo
6

Haha, Jasper.. Do you want to pull the wrath of all the outraged bunq users on you with this suggestion? I remember when the topic about hating the badges was on the top for about 5 days 😀

photo
photo
14

Probably mentioned before.. but I miss some kind of visual recognition when I share an account with the Connect feature.

A mockup of how it can look.

Peek and pop feature inside the app (IOS). For example when you press harder on a account you see your events/transactions of that account.

Extra: when the window peeks you can slide up the window and have some options, like copying the account number.

photo
12

I have a suggestion for the transaction overview. I would like to have the option to delete a transaction from it. Such as a canceled request as an example. In my opinion this kind of information is unnecessary for the overview.

Hope to see this function in the future updates! :)

Auto accept split requests to your own accounts:

I really like the split option even when I split with my own bank accounts. But it feels redundant to accept my own request.

Could it be that those request send to own bank accounts be automatically accepted?

photo

I’d love have this resolved! 👍

And not only for split, for the request option too!

(reposting here by request)

With the new EU banking datasharing standards now firmly in place, many banks have added the ability to view/use accounts at other banks as part of their app/web UIs.

As many places in Germany are still girocard-only, I continue to use a German bank account. The only purpose of this account for me is to keep a small amount of money, just incase I find myself in a girocard-only shop or restaurant.

bunq has, far and away, the best UI of any bank I've used. I find it annoying to have to interact with the apps of my other banks just to view my balances there.

My request is to be able to view my other accounts from the bunq app. A balance and transaction list would be a nice minimum functionality, with support for performing transactions as an additional goal for later.

Requested on the last round, but not implemented: please modify the pay/request screen on Android so that I absolutely never see my own name on the address list. It should instead show the name/icon of the account involved in the transaction. Transferring between my own accounts is very confusing because of this.

Beneficiary bank account holder name alias

it would be useful to be able to set an alias for a certain beneficiary (non-bunq) bank account when saving it as a frequent beneficiary.

I have made the mistake of instead directly assigning an alias as beneficiary account holder name (eg "Fabio Rabobank"), which in Italy causes the wire transfer to be bounced back after a few days, as the actual holder name and the one declared in the transfer do not match. I saw at least another person make the exact same mistake.

What one would want is to be able to save the beneficiary with their correct name, but the also with a nickname that allows to quickly find it when typing the beneficiary of a transfer. Currently this is not possible and one must remember the IBAN to match it to the person, which is impractical in case the person has multiple IBANs.

Or maybe there is already a way to do this, and I missed it?

Thanks!

It might be an idea to have a confirmation modal when submitting a reply on a together post.

It happened to me a few times that I unintentionally hit the send button halfway throughout writing my reaction, results in submitting a half-written reply.

Currently, you can not see the current balance of the selected account when you are in the process of transferring money to another account.

I suggest adding this feature as it is convenient and it also prevents the user from accidentally transferring the wrong amount (e.g. you have 1,09€ and you accidentally entered 1,90€: in this case, you would be notified that your current balance is too low when you are already two steps further).

Another take for the solution of this issue is to immediately inform the user about the balance being too low and not letting him proceed until his balance allows the transaction to even be possible.

Well, I guess both approaches would make sense. Thanks for your time and please share your thoughts! 🤗

Hi Emre! Thanks a bunch for the suggestion!

We believe that this is indeed a useful improvement so we went ahead and implemented it in the latest deploy 👌

Make the headings case-sensitive to create a unified experience on iOS.

Instead of using e.g. T[OGETHER], use Together instead.

photo
7

For me Together is written in the same style as the other tabs

photo
9

What I mean is that the banq app does not follow the iOS-wide style of headings and ditching the all-uppercase style.

photo
7

Ah, my bad. I do agree with that; I don't really like the 'all-uppercase' style either. Especially not when bunq is written in lower case letters, yet is larger than the word 'TOGETHER'.

Many online merchants transmit their location with an online payment. You can see this next to the payment description.

It would be great if you can implement this like the locations of done transfers, like this:

..instead of showing the location next to the description. Would be a great feature I think :)

Hi fellow bunqrs,

I noticed that bunq uses 2 different icons for downloading something within the app. My suggestion would be to always use the same symbol.

Request from multiple payments.

As a regular user of the request functionality, most of the times my requests are from multiple payments (like i.e. expenses from a day trip with friends) and I have to add up those payments manually. It would be great if I could select the expenses from within the request environment:

Never actually thought about this, but it would seem super handy for social occasions! You have my vote!

This comes close to what slice offers.

photo

Yes, but with the big advantage that this time the request recipients don't have to be bunq users (and having the Slice app installed). Which is alway the case when I slice. And you can do it from one app.

I would suggest to place the map right below the field "Location". This way the location and map are together. In my example I added an image to a payment... and this is now sitting in between Location and the map. Feels a bit off.

Isn’t the map directly under the location field already?

photo

Indeed, on my Android device, this is already directly under the location.

I'm sorry, I hadn't seen you've added an image to the payment..

What I would like to see is when you create a QR-code to add an amount. Now somebody can realize a realtime payment but they have to enter the amount them selves, it would be nice if I can choose the amount, they scan and pay. The open amount options is great as well and should stay but sometimes I need to add a specific amount

photo

This can be deleted

photo

This is already possible, just append the amount to the link. People still have the option to change the amount, but you can at lead suggest one.

Well i didn’t know that but this would help me out already! But it would still be nice if the possibity comes that the amount is fixed

photo
6

And how do I set this up exactly? Can’t find it yet.. and is this possible for the QR-code as well?

photo
8

You don’t have to set it up, just append any amount to your bunq.me url.

photo
7

Ah okay I got it! Thanks!

What I would like is when you have a bunq.me page to add an amount to it. So you can share the link and people for example have to pay €5 (or make it like at least €5,- but more is possible as well). The open amount of bunq.me is super nice as well and should stay but sometimes I need the option for a specific amount.

A "What's new" screen would be nice after you open a new version of the app.

When doing a regular top-up, a screen asks if I would like to automatically top-up. I would like to request the option to not show this screen again.

Please provide an option to hide the map view that is shown in event details: the written location is fine as is.

In what universe is that map bothering you?

In this universe - it's distracting.

It would be very nice if the description of a request is shown with the request message you send with WhatsApp or any other texting service.

This way the receiver knows where the request is about.

photo

I would like to be able to not only hide the balance of an account, but also hide an account from the list 💡

Here's one for the Slice App. It would be nice to have the total amount spent visible just above the list of expenses.

This would help to keep an eye on the overall damage ;-)

Cheers!! ✌

And another one for the bunq App; This refers to when you split a payment and you are selecting contacts to split the bill with.

If one of the contacts you want to share a payments with has a Bunq account but is not using it as their primary bank account you van not opt to send them a text message. The will always receive the request in their bunq app, wether it's installed or not. Sending separate requests is not the experience you are looking for as you loose all the benefits of equally splitting the amount and tracking who has payed an who hasn't.

Perhaps a good solution would be to give the recipients an option to pay with an external bank account button which takes them to the bunq iDeal page the non bunq users are being send to.

This way everybody can enjoy and experience like no other.

Hope this is clear enough if not let me know.

Cheers!! ✌

RFE for the Bunq App:

When an incoming Direct Debit request has expired (because I did not click 'accept' before the expiry date), it would be really great if there was a button to create a new payment using the exact same data from that expired direct debit request (IBAN, Description, amount of money )

Would save me a lot of time, as I have to copy paste these fields now manually to a new payment, which is actually only possible if I copy-paste one field and remember the other two ;-)

I am aware I can select "Accept all future direct debits" to prevent any direct debit expiry issues, but I would prefer to keep some monthly payments at manual.

thanks!
