How long does this need to take? Bunq is offering iDEAL for well over 2 years now right? Emergent Payment needs to add just a few lines of code... But more importantly they're violating the iDEAL implemtation guidelines by not doing this. Is there any way to put some sort of pressure on this because I'm tired of running into this same issue every now and again when paying online.
And with pressure I mean that I know bunq cannot do much about this because this is not your responsibility and hell; it shouldn't even be your problem! But you do get the blame from customers for this... Do you have talks with Currence about this to get this shit dealt with once and for all? I mean they have the contracts with the Acquirers and CPSP's for this that are signed and promise to follow Currences' rules.
Your customers are getting angry and are possibly leaving bunq because they cannot pay (and webshops are missing turn-over). Seems like Currence has the power here and bunq has all the rights to get them to do something about this because the clients from Currence are not following the rules which affects bunqs business.

Yep. It's strange how fast or slow implementation takes place in general. I guess it all comes down to the combination payment-broker and the amount of custom code some shops have used in their checkout-steps.
There are some really small e-boutiques run by grandpa from the attic, which immediately offered bunq, because they used standardized e-commerce software. And yet some of the largest companies, like Ubisoft, seem to have difficulties implementing new payment options.

Nope. Ubisoft.emergentpayments.net/pwthree/launch does not offer bunq yet.

I got the same message from them as Bastiaan; just checked and there is still no bunq in the iDEAL list. Not sure what they did since they did say it was added...
I've checked the integration rules on how it is said and they need to do this request at least once a month; "If the Issuer list has changed, the latest version has to be saved and used for any subsequent transaction. Acquirers will normally also inform all Merchants (e.g. by email) about changes in their Issuer list. The Directory protocol should at least be executed once a month" So they both weren't informed and they clearly never do this call and have made some crappy integration if they cannot follow basic instructions.
Also e-mailed Currence earlier this week with some questions on how they deal with this on their end, but they didn't answer any of my questions and just asked which shop and that they will inform them... The ticket I created with Ubisoft wasn't even looked at since I created it.
So this is what it seems like to me based on the information that I have (please correct me if I'm wrong): bunq has no way to resolve it, Currence and Ubisoft don't seem to care that much that Emergent Payments has a wrong integration. Too bad I don't believe in any God because it seems like all we can do is pray here.
