Can I freeze a card so no additional monthly fee's are charged for that period?

@Markus-Yellow-Unicorn#77772 You can either freeze one specific card to prevent payments with it using the Freeze-Button in the card overview.
Or you can go to Profile > My membership > Downgrade and stop using the bunq Premium subscription(7,99€).

@Markus-Yellow-Unicorn#77772 Freezing a card won't prevent the regular fees being charged. The subscription will be charged regardless of whether you have cards active, as your Cards are not the only thing included in your subscription. As mentioned by Patrick, you will need to downgrade to avoid the subscription fee.
In case you are referring to the fee for having more than three cards active at the same time, then yes this fee you can avoid by freezing cards until the number of active (unfrozen) cards becomes three or less. 🙂
It probably is related to the fact that I exceed the free number of 3 cards. How can I cancel one of the 3 cards I currently have? I need 2 maestro cards and want to add a 3rd mastercard. Then this would be within the free package of the premium account no?
So, how can I cancel a specific card?

@Markus-Yellow-Unicorn#77818 Just to be clear, three cards are not free, but included in the monthly membership of 7,99 euros. So yes, if you have bunq premium for 7,99, three cards are included.
If you freeze one of your cards, you can then order a new one without extra costs. If i'm not mistaken you pay nothing extra as long as there are maximum 3 active cards at any moment in your account.
If I'm subscribed to a prepaid Credit Card which has a separate monthly fee, can I freeze a that so no additional monthly fee's are charged for that period?

@New-Grey-Hummingbird-263742451#279493 The bunq cards themselves have no monthly fee, if you use the amount of cards included in your account. Easy Savings includes 0 cards, Easy Bank 1 card, Easy Money and Green 3 cards.
The plans have monthly fees, ranging from €0 to €18/month. Freezing or unfreezing cards makes no difference to the monthly fees.
Hey there, @New-Grey-Hummingbird-263742451#279493 👋
In case you're using any extra Credit Cards (more than 1 with the Easy Bank plan, or more than 3 with the Easy Green and Easy Money plan), then there's indeed a monthly charge of €3.49, aside from the one-time charge of €9.99 for ordering the extra card, as seen in our pricing list 📚
You can easily stop this extra monthly charge by deactivating the card in question 🙌
