I agree. A confirmation with all the payment details.

We need single payments exports. Also I just made a payment but yet it doesn’t show up in the export of today.
This is a must have function in my opinion. E.g. for outgoing SEPA payment it should show pretty much the same details as a regular statement (destination IBAN, recipient name and payment description), just for this particular transaction, and no account balances.
Those "regular" statements are not suitable as a payment confirmation, as they show your balance and other transactions at least during the same day.
Single payments export to PDF is a need, and ideally ISO 20022 XML files for SEPA transfers would be awesome. Mistertango and Paysera are doing it.
As a workaround if you use Bunq Desktop the payment details page shows pretty much everything relevant including the recipient's IBAN (unlike bunq's app which requires you one more click on the payee's name). Here's what it looks like.
By means of a personal example, here's why we need this feature: proof of payment for single transactions.
An amount has been debited from my account. The supplier has blocked my access to their service and insists that they cannot see the payment on their side. I cannot send the supplier anything that uniquely confirms that the payment was actually received by them (if Bunq is to be believed that a debit of my account corresponds to a receipt on the supplier side). It seems as if my money has disappeared into the Ether. Is it possible that Bunq cannot confirm the end-to-end completion of the transaction and therefore cannot provide the functionality for "Proof of Payment"?
@Mark-Violet-Starfish-1962702487#35448 I'd advise you to contact support, they can check what happened with the payment. 🙂
I have and the say that its been paid but they can't provide proof to give to supplier. So i have no recourse, the bank says its paid and the supplier(Netflix) says its not paid
@Mark-Violet-Starfish-1962702487#35453 Hi Mark, that doesn't sound right to me. I think that bunq should be able to give you any proof in writing so you can provide Netflix with this evidents. Can't be that you as a customer are caught in between.
Totally agree. Bunqs response is to export a statement which does not provide the requisite evidence required to challenge the service provider on Bunqs claim that they have been paid.
@Mark-Violet-Starfish-1962702487#35456 Hi Mark, a bank statement has no formal legal status. So, it would help if bunq made a simple statement in writing to you. I know that have done such things before. So you should contact Support again. You can even tell them that John Do send you 👍😉.
It would be a shame if you got in trouble over this :(
