Hi π
I suspect that these users are scanning the QR code with the built-in QR code scanner in the iOS camera app instead of the bunq app.
In that case I believe itβs intended behavior that they are redirected to the AppStore because the connect QR needs to be scanned with the bunq app itself.
@Ernst-Silver-Frog#79596 Is this maybe the same issue ? :

@WJanson#79597 No, I verified it myself. From within the Bunq app, select the scan option and then try to scan a Bunq QR code for connect request, on Android you get to confirm the connect request. On iOS, you get sent to the App in the Appstore.
@Ernst-Silver-Frog#79628 So it is the same problem as described in the second link posted by Bastiaan
@Bastiaan#79603 Hi Bastiaan. It seems to be another manifestation of the same problem indeed. Thanks for pointing it out.
Same here... Redirect to app store on iOS when trying to connect to Moneybird.
Hi everyone π
I see multiple topics coming through about the same error. I would like to refer everyone to the following topic to keep everything combined: https://together.bunq.com/d/10404-api-bug-qr-redirects-to-app-store/
I will lock this topic accordingly.
