  • Automatic transfer by incoming payment

Hi there,

Would it be possible to add some sort of script to the app, with "if - then"?

Like if you get your salary every month, but on a different day. You always have to transfer money manually to different accounts. A scheduled transfer can be a day too early or a day too late.

So I thought it would be nice to have something like. "If salary coming in, then transfer x amount of money to account xx" from there on, the scheduled transfer can continue or whatever you need to do.

Cheers Tim

    Hello Tim!

Your idea is related this one by Wouter https://together.bunq.com/topic/allow-date-edit-of-scheduled-payments I will add your to the wishlist since it might bring something useful for the rest of users and we would love to see how many support it!

    Have a great day!

      It's indeed related :)

      Thnx for wishlist add

I was just logging on to post this very idea. The day on which I receive salary varies every now and then, so it would be great to be able to link an automatic transfer to an incoming payment. Atm the scheduled transfer just fails and I'll have to do one manually when I do receive my salary.

IMO, the option should include two filters: incoming IBAN/name + amount. I would not want to trigger an automatic transfer when my boss pays me back a regular expense, so I'd link the transfer to incoming payments from my boss, higher than €xxxx.

          Very much wished this!

I have a bunq business premium account and would love to automatically transfer a percentage to my VAT account and to save for taxes & savings account whenever I receive a new payment on my account.

If this could go automatically i would be soooo happy!

I would LOVE this feature as well, but then implemented as a more general IFTTT/developers principle: if this, then that.

So for example: if incoming payment above 2000, do some redirectring

Or: if this company does a direct debit, do that

Or: if balance below X, add from other account

            etcetc

I'm in the same situation, i'd love to have the VAT part automatically transferred to a separate account.
