Onfido has an issue, my son who is 15 tried signing up and scanned his valid passport and the selfie video too over 14 times now, but since he has grown from when the passport was made (11) he no longer has his old smooth face and his features have also changed.

After chatting with support they said that is the only way to get verified and they don’t have manual verification.

I’m making this as a suggestion to add manual verification as all of the details match up, if you take a look at my passport he is inside of it and I have the birth certificate and everything if course, yet ID and face similarity is the only way.

Just making this as a notice and suggestion since he was excited to use the bank but now is not able to.
