Hey bunqers 🌈
To make a payment, you can click here or follow the steps below:
- Go to the Home page and tap on Bank Account you want to make a payment from
- Select 🟠 Pay
- Fill in the amount and tap on Choose Recipient
- Enter the recipient's email, phone number, or IBAN for payment. You can also use a bunqer's name (if they're in your address book) or your account name for transfers between your accounts.
- Confirm, and if needed, add more recipients and a description. If you have a payment reference / betalingskenmerk, you can add it to the description field as well.
- Confirm with Send payment.
Note: Before you proceed with the payment, you may receive a reminder that bunq will never contact you via phone call. If we need to reach out to you, it will only be done through our secure in-app Support Center. After you dismiss this notification, it will not appear again.
How to make a payment on bunq Web?
Just follow these easy steps:
- Go to https://web.bunq.com
- Click on Pay
- Fill in the amount and tap on Choose Recipient
- Fill in the recipient
- Confirm your choice for recipient
- Confirm the details and send the payment
Where can I find my payment?
After you send the payment, you'll find it in the Home tab when tapping on the relevant Bank Account or when tapping on the Total Bank Account. If you send the payment using an alias, other bunqers will receive the payment instantly. You can also check the processing times here.
Can I see the payment's estimated delivery time?
To see the estimated arrival time of your outgoing payment, follow these steps:
- Go to 🏠 Home
- Tap on the Bank Account you’ve made the payment from
- Tap on the payment
- ‘Estimated Delivery’ shows you if the payment has arrived or when the payment is expected to arrive.
