Ever searched for older messages in support chat?
But do not feel like long scrolling in the chat?

But look at this:

my idea is a search button in the support chat.
With this tool, you can search for older messages in the chat history.

  1. press the "search" button
  2. Enter the text of the former message
  3. You get to the respective message position in the chat.

This saves the long scrolling in the support chat if you want to search for old messages.

Such a feature is already included in many Internet browsers.
Key combination in most Internet browsers: CTRL + F

    Yes, that'd be nice. :) Or at least a way to "jump" to certain conversations or dates. Like a small log of days you initiated a chat. Even better if you can define a subject/note for that. Then it's even easier to find. Also very handy if you so happen to have to contact for separate matters on one day, then you don't have to re-explain but can simply "reopen" your previous chat. This must be easier for support too so they know which conversation to look at, no?
