@Flo1979#89723 So do the Dutch banks with new options to pay. That being said the collaboration on iDeal was a miracle on itself, unfortunately once in a century.
I think that we can only expect reforms of the banking industry when the EU introduces mew laws to force the banks to change (like IBAN, Instant Payments and so on).
All countries have issues with the banking industry not collaborating to innovate the system for customers. At least, that is what I gather since reading on Together.
As the presumption goes, banks don't care about customers. Some newer unicorns 🦄 like bunq 🌈 show how innovative banks can be when they want to, but are obstructed when they collide with the overall system of banks.
So... at the end of this month we are eligible to vote for the EU-parliament... please consider which parties did what to force banks to innovate and vote for those parties!
