Where/how did you report this ticket?
I contact support because of
Switch service that should have ended in October 2017 is still active and I can’t close that account number which has become compromised and have now gone to exterm lengths to solve it by closing my entire bunq account and planning to reopen it back again because apparently it quicker the. Having to wait god know how long. Haves reported my issue more the. 3 times and waited over 1 month

And the only response I get from support is we have reported your issue to the developers they will contact you as soon as possible. Without any ETA.
I don’t know why maybe because of this post got noticed but apparently I now can confirm that I could close the account that I have not been able to close for over 1 month and apparently someone from bunq has resolved the switch service issue by rejecting it. Or perhaps this happens because of the request to close the account so I am confused will my account be closed or is that canceled now ? Il contact support.
